Question for foxchit business systems inc

Good day po. ask ko lang po sana yung sa pos namin, nag open naman po xa kaso clear nlang po yung lumabas sa screean, cursor nlang yung makikta sa screen and all black na ang screen. nagamit naman po namin to kahapon, please,badly need your help. hoping for a positive response.thank you.
