Question for Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) - Solano, Nueva Vizcaya

I have atm card rcbc card...but they said rcbc change all the atm card last january mine didnt change coz i didnt receive any notice for that...so now i cant withdraw anymore in my own atm card??how is that?
