Question for Electrolux Philippines, Incorporated

2 years ago ,we buy a electrolux-washmachine in abenson calamba-makiling,on this moment there is a strange noise,when the washmacine in on,but it's still working we need somebode to take a look at our washmachine,but why it's so diffecult to call someone to take a look? the phone numbers we have for repair is not working-what kind of service is this from electrolux!
