Question for Carissa Homes, Incorporated

I am a house and lot owner in Palmera Hills 2 Taytay, Rizal. My house and lot and those to my left and right side were built by Palmera Homes in 1989. A lot owner in our block is claiming that all the lots in our block encroached to each adjacent lot which created a domino effect. In effect the lot area at the end of the row decreased. The complaining lot owner will start construction on March and wants his adjacent lot owner to demolish part of the neighbor's house. May we ask your assistance on settling this as soon as possible.
