Question for Philippine K9 Search and Rescue Foundation, Inc.

I'm an experienced K-9 trainer, formerly with the US Air Force, now retired in Baybay City, Leyte. Are you still in active group, and can you provide consultation and support as I start this local K-9 Search & Rescue Team?
