It is true that i need to pay 18,000 before my parcel deliver? The one who called me is ms. Lauren tan agoncillo. And she told me to send that amount to her name. Is this scam?

I got the same message from ms.Lauren Agoncillo. I need to pay 18,000 before 12noon or else they will hold the product. Is it true or scam?
