Question for Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Kalibo, Aklan (Santo Nino)

I have transferred residence in Iloilo, near Mandurriao Iloilo Supermat. I asked Mrs Cartagena BPI Branch Manager to help me facilitate transfer of my records with my EMV ATM card from Bpi Sto. Nino, Kalibo to BPI Mandurriao.The first time I went to ask her help was in mid-May and I signed some papers. The second time was May 30. She told me to come at the end of June. With the present advancement in communication... and technology in general... why is it taking that long? I am wondering, ....selective servicing???
