Question for Barangay Pembo

Its not a question,but its a report regarding actoda tricycle driver which I encounter a over fare that he wanted..he says that my 5year old son has a fare...his plate # 4676 NV...I encounter him twice for a over fare...I hope this problem will have an action immediately...
