I am a card holder of BDO. I have some complaint about my atm card. I open my account in your branch way back 2013. I encounter lately that my atm cannot withdrew money from any atm machine and its invalid. I want to know the reason what is the matter is it the card was already old and the machine cannot read it anymore. I would like to request a new atm card if it is possible, but the problem is i am here in singapore working as ofw. The card is with my family for 5 years now and they are the one who manage to withdrew the money.
What could you suggest about this matter. Can i ask any referal letter to process and request a new card to iloilo branch since my family was living in iloilo.
