Question for Banco De Oro - Hagonoy, Bulacan (Hagonoy)

Please assist me what will i do bacause last july 1 2018 i withdraw using my international card to the bdo atm located at ang puso hagonoy branch it was deducted to my balance but the money did not come out.I hope that you will help me to my complaints attention bdo admin or any department see my problem.
