Question for COCOLIFE - Head Office

My policy had matured last month, may I know how to perform my claims. I would like to perform my claim in Davao City. I did not receive any notification on instructions on how to perform such claims. May I know how long will it take for you to release the amount. Thank you and appreciate your reply.
