Question for TEFAL-RUSTAN MARKETING CORPORATION

I bought a tefal pressure cooker from Rustan's a few years back. Unfortunately, I think the red rubber ring around the pressure tube inside the cover snapped. Do you have a replacement? Where can I go for help?
