Question for Philippine National Bank - Boac, Marinduque

Hello! I Have a question. Last March 2018 i applied for a new ATM card with chip here in Los Angeles, California. The office told ne that it will took a month to get this card. It was month of June when i got a phone from your office ( a lady ) i already forgot her name. She told me that my ATM card was for release. She even asked me where to mail it. Told her that i have my home address in my application so you can mail it here in US. As what she said, Ok. Mam Sonia we will have it mail tomorrow. I’ve waited again for this, but until now i haven’t received it. How can i get my new ATM card with

And one more question. How can i go online to check
my account. Hope i can get the right answer from
