Question for Bingo Bonanza - Head Office

Are you allowing your ebingo site cashier to collect 20percent to the jockpot winner without giving the tax certificate and any receipt that they deducted the said amount... it is very unfair to the players that they deducted without any receipts. Please clarify the matter.. this was happened in ebingo v central , molino, bacoor city.. many thanks.
