Question for COCOLIFE - Bacolod Branch

I had a cocolife deduction reflected under undeduction portion on my payslip yet i haven't received release such reflection unlike my co-teacher who have received already. May I plead and suggest your good office to make release of such deduction or may i comply requirements if needed otherwise. -Can I continue avail a loan in your office?
