Question for LBC - Hari ng Padala (Silay City, Negros Occidental)

Happy Sunday!. If I may ask, how much will it cost to send documents abroad? How long will it take for the RECEIVER to claim it?
Then, how long will it take if mailed back or delivered back here in the province? Please advice? Thank you and God bless.
