Question for The Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf - Head Office

I just oder a double chocolate berry and they gave it to me with no whip cream.so my question is u the store don't have the right ingredient then they should not sell it.i order 2 of them and no whip cream.the location is faura robinson. u guys are false advertising and what are u guys gonna do about it.
