Question for Philam Plans

Good evening. How can we claim our Philam Plan (Comprehensive EPP) which had recently matured? The Philam Plan Branch (Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental Branch) where we ought to claim our said matured plan was closed a few months ago. Can we go to another Philam Plan branch (Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte) to claim our matured plan? thank you.
