Question for Chery Motors Phils.

Gud am,.im driving now chery qq model 2009 is it normal that my transmission when shifting gear thers is a blog sound? And when you suddenly apply brake the car is like a jumping horse,.the transmission is amt,.can you tell me what happen and i live here in imus cavite,.can tell me where i go a trusted services of your cars?
