Question for LBC - Hari ng Padala (Batangas City, Batangas)

Are you partner with lrc express courier for their provincial delivery? If so the lrc website states that they have forwarded my parcel to you but it has been 7 days and it didn't arrive until now. Bakit po kaya any problem in batangas branch?
