Question for Canon Philippines - Legaspi Office

Good morning i buy a canon dslr camera in photoline and they hay a free tripod , sd card, and bag but only tripod is not in my hand .. Where do i get that tri pod ? Im in iriga city and photoline that in your office in legazpi is get my tripod.. Please reply .. How do i get my tripod?
