Question for PROFESSIONAL PENSION PLAN INCORPORATED

Can somebody answer me the email address of PPP? Our grandfather was died and he is the registered beneficiary for this pension. We supposed to claim the Burial funds or any benefits from his pension. We have the necessary documents as certification. Please help!
