Question for Pension & Retirement Plan Corp.

My plan is already Matured with Pension Plan Certificate No. SD-IMU-A********, the effective date is 01/01/1996 - due date is 12/01/2015, my question is how can I process or followup my return of investment after 20 years of payment. what shall I do for my claim. thank you very much
