During my second year of receiving from loyola, they required me to give my bpi account so they could just deposit in my account, what I am supposed to receive yearly. Then, after that year, they reasoned out that they could not deposit it in my account anymore for practical reason(i.e. it is not practical to bring just one account to the bank). To avoid arguments, I just accepted the reason. For this year, I have not received any yet, and the maturity date of my educational plan is january 26. The satellite office here in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan said, I should bring a letter to the main office to give my cheque here at the satellite office. I have few questions in need of immediate answers.
1. Why are procedures for claiming seemingly change every year?
2. Do I really need to go personally to the head office for the request to give my cheque at the satellite office?
3. Is it not possible that you just deposit it in my account? If it was done before, why can't you do it now? I'm begging you to please give my money the soonest possible.
