Question for Department of Foreign Affairs

Greetings! When can I get my passport which I renewed last April 21, 2015 with express processing fee? My passport slip No. is ******** I went there last Monday and I wish they could just extend my passport to get it immediately. Can you just extend it? I need it now because I'm still going to get the visa from Taiwan Embassy. My trip ticket is scheduled on May 5 to attend a memorial meeting on May 6 then come back on May 8. I need to have the passport asap. Thank you.
