Question for LOYOLA PLANS - HEAD OFFICE

My parents own 3 memorial lots in Loyola Marikina's Garden of Memories under my mother's name. Due to they're stay in the USA for quite a long time and after selling their house in Pasig, they have misplaced the title / certificate of ownership. They would like to know how to go about procuring a copy of the titles for the 3 lots. Kindly email me the process and the needed requirement so we can prepare them before we proceed to your office.
