Question for Galderma (Phils) Inc.

Ive been using cetaphil gentle cleansing bar for almost two yrs now. I use this morning which i bought last Oct. 29. 2016 i discover that the bar itself is not soft, its very rough. Is there any changes of the product? Hope to hear soonest. Thank you. I bought it in Cebu.
