Question for FG Financial Company, Inc.

Sir,
i already settled my accounts with your office thru bdo payment since it was the court decision, but unfortunately up to present NO CERTIFICATE OR CLEARANCE was issued as to my payment that i settled for 3 yrs.
in lieu of this may i ask how can i secure the clearance or certificate and can you clear my name in the NFIS
