Review of Raia Wellness Spa

I was with my husband just went home from work. As we passed by their area, we decided to try it. As the receptionist welcomed us warmingly, we were excited on how the massage will go. Unfortunately, according to the receptionist there are only 2 massage therapists available, and because me & my husband prefer a lady to do the massage, I decided to let my husband to give it a try. The receptionist then asked my husband to remove his upper clothes and lie down on their bed, I've waited relaxingly on their waiting area. The bad part is, we've waited almost 10mins but no therapist came. My husband soon came out wearing his clothes and then asked the receptionist what happened. But she told us that the lady therapist decided not to do the massage because she doesn't want to. What kind of massage center is that. They don't know what a service-oriented company means. After that, we decided not to go there anymore. To think it was just our first time to try that out but all we got is a negative impression. I will definitely warn my friends not to go there. Wish there is a way to let their manager know what happened.
