Review of Fabricare Cleaners

last june 24, 2013, (or june 25) i sent 7 items for laundry but only 6 items came back. a fitted sheet was missing from the sent item of which i informed/filed a report with the local office. this was since last july 1, i was given the run-around by the local staff Jen and her supervisor, Ms. Carmen. they said that they will replace the missing item, (this after several visits to the office, the cell phone given rings but nobody answers) but to-date, there has been no action nor any feedback on my report. supposedly, the driver did not bring the replaced item, or the supervisor was not around to endorse, etc, all excuses, but the bottom line is, it has been two weeks and no action was done on such a simple matter of the lost laundry. is this normal service?
