Review of Victoria Mondiale Home & Office Furniture

This store glorietta branch really sucks! We bought a recliner sofa last january then after months of waiting, they now told us that what we bought is now phased out!!! Imagine that after several followups it is only now that they did tell us. We are now given two options either to choose another item or refund. We chose refund because we dont want to transact any business with them anymore! The dilemma, they could not give us our check and we still have to wait for Another 2 weeks for the refund which they dont guarantee that they could give it to us within that time. All the sales personnel seems like an expert in handling it all because they are always doing it to all their customers. They should be given a lesson for this.
