Review of DPEX Worldwide

I have been a satisfied customer with DPEX in Philippines for 2 years, but here in the start of 2016 they have got a new affiliate and their good service have turned into a nightmare for a small busniees like ours. For almost 2 weeks they have stalled deliveries. they have changed from delivering by car to deliver by motor bike which is worse since it can only carry limited number of packs so delays get longer. they apparently dont have a clue on how to operate the service that have taken over as a new affiliate. they dont update the tracking site and they keep making promises they dont keep. From five to zero in 2 weeks. shame on you DPEX.
