Review of Sparkle Holidays And Travel

Terrible travel agency. They gave me more headaches when they were processing my travel documents after I submitted all my complete documents to them. I have travelled before so I am not a new traveller. I never had previous travel document problems with my previous travel agent who is my regular agent. This is my first experience with Sparkle since my trip is an all-expenses paid holiday sponsored by my sister so the choice of this agency isn't mine. My advice - go look for some other agency than this. They are only after your money.
