Review Terrible Service & avoiding a complaint

It is true that this store has terrible service. In fact, I got to speak to a a supervisor, Jhona, over the phone requesting a face to face meeting together with her manager on a complaint I had but I was always given a run around with flimsy excuses to avoid it. The complaint I had is totally unacceptable to a customer. You might regret availing their services. At your own risk then.
