Review rude personnel

One of your personnels was the rudest I have ever encountered. Line was already piling up, he looked really irritated with the customers, he was still fixing or editing the pictures, while we handed our flashdrive to him. So we waited for about 10 mins and he was still edting the pictures, so I went to him and asked if our flashdrive was ready, coz its just a one page print order, people were already piling up, and asked him if he could command the print already while editing the pictures so he could multitask properly. And he was like " psssssssstz" sarcastically, one of his colleagues witnessed everything and did not do anything. So I just asked for my flashdrive back and left. This is in sm molino by the way.
