Review Where's my postal ID?

I applied for Postal ID last October 30, 2017 in PhilPost Alimall Cubao QC. Until now I have not received my Postal ID. I was told to call a certain Marlene to follow up on the status. She said that the ID has been delivered to the Philpost office in Novaliches last November 8, 2017.

Why is it still not being delivered until now? Considering the amount we have to pay for the postal ID P504. Very slow service and no one picks up or answer on the numbers from the Philpost website for customer care!

This must be investigated.
