Review of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Tandag City, Surigao del Sur)

I track my Zalora items and i saw that it was already been received by LBC TANDAG branch Surigao del sur in March 14 2018... Until now it is still not deliverd to my home and is been in their storage that i think is very unorganized
I want it now and i want to complain
Those items are suppose to be used for business purposes.
