Beware! This shipping company is affiliated with PORT JERSEY SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL in the U.S., with a home office in Seaview Ave, Jersey City, N.J. as advertized on their website. Their NJ representative MARIE UNGCO ZAMBOANGA picked up my sister's balikbayan box on 28 November 2017. It was supposed to reach our house in Caloocan City on or about 28 January 2018 or 60 days after pick up. Until this writing, 13 June 2018, NO BOX EVER CAME. They couldn't produce a bill of lading or any proof of shipment.
