Review Disappointing Staffs

We purposely travelled from Binondo to Cartimar for the sake of their hot pot ingredients, we reached here there 5:48pm and when we showed up, the female staff refused us to go in and simply locked the door, doesn’t even care that we travelled that far just for that, and take note their store operating hours is until 6:00pm on Sundays. I hope this issue could be escalated to their management.
