I expect my order within the day base on the notification that LBC sent to me. When i got home for lunch, my mother told me that LBC delivery truck gone here, but the delivery personel never text or call me. I was very upset beacause my mother told them that she will text me, but the delivery personel told to my mother that they will come back tommorow again, without texting me. My work is adjacent to my home, if they only texted me, i can assure that they will not wait any longer just to sign the delivery receipt. Ang kinakabahala ku kasi baka hindi nanaman yung items na binili ku ang dadating thats why i wanted to personaly check the items before i will received, a reason why hindi ku na iniiwan sa mga kasambahay ku ang pera na pambayad sa mga orders ku, especially online. Please do something to this kind of behaviours.
