Inefficiency to the Max
Carrier/Concepcion: Take note of this service center. You were unable to provide me a better one based in QC, so we've been putting up with them through the years. Lucky now, I am relieved of them because my unit needs to be changed. I am buying me a unit with an inverter, and NOT a Carrier. Sorry lang, Concepcion--this lousy service center is giving your brand a bad name.
1. They do not track their scheduled service records. For the past year, I'd always be the one calling to remind them that our aircon cleaning is due. Di ba dapat baliktad? A professional service center should be the one reminding owners about the regular maintenance of their units. Last year, they insisted that the one-year service contract that I paid for already expired, even if my records show that I still have one more scheduled before the contract expired. After raising hell, they gave in. This year, they've improved on item no. 1. Now let me go to item no. 2.
2. My contract for 2018 just expired and guess what: I paid for lousy service. Last Sunday, Oct. 6, the maid did the regular cleaning of the filter. OMG! Gutay-gutay na pala. Meaning, AT LEAST, since the last cleaning service, I had been using a damaged aircon filter. Their technicians did not bother to even report that the filter had to be changed! ANO BA YAN! I gave them a customer from hell phone call, so let's see what they'll do about it!
