Review Member of BDO Life fund, already paid the annual last August 2018. However you still deductin

I am Nelson Cipcon Nunez. resident of Geraldine Village. Libtong, Tiwi, Albay.I am a member of BDO Life fund.
My concern that i have paid already for the annual payment for my fund last August 2018. the amount of thirty five thousand pesos.(35.ooo.oo)However, based on my bank account that you still deducting thirty five thousand,on my PASSBOOK. please return back the money that you deduct on my passbook or my account, because I've paid already that BDO life fund on August... Please de activate as well the automatic machine on my account so that you will not deduct anymore,because i have to pay again next year 2019. in regards to that BDO life fund.. Im here in abroad please make an action to return back my money on my respective account.My maid is coming their in your good office in tabaco city BDO to show up my receipt that i paid the annual payment last August.. So please return back the money that you deduct on my account.
