I am writing to request for immediate action of my raised complaint since last week for malfunctioning
of SHARP AIRCONDITION  we just bought last ‪Dec. 18,2019‬.  It's been 1 week now that my kids
have sleepless nights due to late action on your side.  

The SHARP AIRCON was purchased BRAND NEW ( AS WE THINK) last ‪Dec 18,2019‬ and from date its 
only 3 months and as per report technician it has  cp/ leak freon (evaporator)  that is why its not cooling, 
your product is deffective that is  why we want to request for replacement ASAP.

We look forward to receive you immediate action.
