Disappointing Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with the Victoria Mondiale at Glorietta 3. On 15th February, I bought a glass dining table. There was supposed to have been two glass extensions (one on each side). Unfortunately, only one remained as I (the other must have been broken). I was assured that they will deliver the missing piece ASAP. It has been TWO MONTHS since. First, I was promised end Feb, then 15th March, then end March, then for sure 15 April, now end April. As badly, it has been for me to get an answer from them. When I ido, I get to speak to a salesperson, who in turn says they are not allowed to give me the contact details of the owner, or indeed anyone who I think could make decisions. Finally, I am told I can get a refund, which will take several weeks to process after I would have written an essay on why I wanted a refund! This is a very disappointing experience and I will never choose to buy from Victoria Mondiale again.
