Review first time experience with 2Go with delivery guy impatient

I am excited to my order ........******** amounting to P 3881.79 from O Shopping delivered this afternoon by To Go courier through your delivery staff nicknamed Dodong. He and the driver were in your delivery van.
But to my regret, because for the first time, the delivery guy refused for my request to open the item which we used to do. Even if you check my records, I have so many delivery from your courier, 2Go. With all our orders with O shopping, when delivered, we open it in front of the courier. And with much appreciation to them as they are very respectful.
With this guy now, he refused to saying they are not allowed and they are in a hurry. Its for the first time, that we hear from you staff.
I will still be getting the items but with different delivery guy.
