Review 1 month delay for refund

I am so upset about what your sales agent in Suzuki Calookan did, we we're asked 5k for reservation last July 27, 2019 and she pledged that it is fully refundable in case we will not opt to buy a unit. Few days after we got a great deal with other suzuki branch and got a unit and so I came back at Suzuki Calookan on Aug 6 to get my refund unfortunately they can't give me my money, then I came back on Aug 16, still no money but promied to deposit it instead to my authorized bank acct and advise to go back. Yesterday I sent pm to Ms Rachell Fuentes An and told her I need my money and I am so so upset already since I am from Parañaque and they made me travel that far several times. Now I would like to raise this issue at the higher concern Suzuki personnel and take action on this matter immediately. I want my refund ASAP.
