I was looking for Sail Residences in MOA Pasay, and had been comparing the prices from agents and brokers outside (who don't work for SMDC), and finally I was recommended to Homdax by a friend of mine, with the proffesional service and better price from Homdax, I signed the unit and processed the document with the help from Homdax staff - Ms Aandrea.
