Very BAD Customer Service
- Pre-ordered and paid (credit card) pizzas and pastas for delivery today, 24 Dec 2019, at around 7:30am, for delivery at 8:30pm

- Received a call and text message from Pizza Hut customer service between 10am-10:17am informing us that delivery will be made by 5pm

- We were out and called home to ask if delivery has been made. No delivery. Sent a text message to Pizza Hut customer service at 7:33pm that delivery has not yet been made

- Trying to call Pizza Hut customer service via their mobile number at around 9:20pm while returning home Calls were being dropped

- Called Pizza Hut customer service via their landline to follow up order. Advised that they sent an email message (at 6:41pm) informing us that they cannot deliver our order and reversal of payment will be made in 15 banking days. Have read their email message at 10:10pm

I am available via voice call through my mobile number and text messaging, and Pizza Hut canceled my order via email without my knowledge and consent.

That is the Pizza Hut service we experienced this holiday season. This is how they "Make It Great."

Ordered pizzas and pasta in Yellow Cab instead. Merry Christmas, Yellow Cab!
