Need action letter
We are satisfied with the services, but unfortunately MR.NOEH SERANNO acted rudely to us. We were the first costumers who arrived at the salon, but when someone else arrived, Mr. Serrano wants the costumer who just arrived to be the first to be given service to, besides she was not even scheduled for a service; she was just a walk in costumer. He acted as if he were the real boss; he even humiliated his own co-workers in front of the costumers. This happened on December 28, 2019 at Interlook Tomas Morato.
