They give false information on the lbc tracking site. They will not deliver your parcel on time. They take too long. In the lbc trace site it says to expect a delivery within the day. Never delivered within the day. Now it’s 2 days after that and still no package. We have to report this to the authorities. This shouldn’t be allowed and there’s a reason your ratings are very low.
